Non Media Charges. The following costs are provided as a guideline to help you estimate total expenses, actual costs may vary at time of order. Remember there are no fees or costs associated with having us plan and place your order! SHIPPING CHARGES: We use FedEx for all international deliveries to ensure the timely and uneventful delivery of advertising materials, insertion orders and payment to the media. We will endeavor to send these documents electronically whenever possible to save you the additional expense incurred with shipping. If for any reason advertising materials must be sent direct to the media, please contact your Riverside Media representative to obtain the insertion order number used to book space. This number and the name of our company must be referenced on your materials to ensure correct processing. INTERNATIONAL SERVICES County
WIRE TRANSFERS: In the event we are required to pre-pay the media by wire transfer, you will be billed $30.00 for outgoing wire transfers. This charge is typically associated with electronic orders. PRODUCTION: We can provide a host of creative services to meet your needs. For a basic text ad based on concept and design using your text and company logo a minimum charge of $25.00 will apply up to $90-120 (1/4 pg), $100-250 (1/2 pg), $150-350 (full page). Includes up to three layouts and final comprehensive. All reimbursable and out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including file preparation, service bureau output or production of mechanicals, are billed separately. Fee covers limited use of from 1-5 placements (within media specified) for 1 year from date of first placement. Please consult your Riverside Media representative to obtain pricing schedules for specific projects and other production related services. |
